About Steve
Steve Franke has worked in various professions at multiple levels over his almost 40-year career. He earned a BA focused in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a BS in Business Administration, and an MBA focused on Organizational Management. His career has been heavily influenced by the hospitality and entertainment industries, from running restaurants to public relations for professional sports teams. He is currently an account executive for a leading SaaS company in the food industry, working with some of the biggest brands in the world to help them solve their business problems.
Recognized throughout his career as a developer of others, whether directly in a supervisory role or as a colleague or peer, Steve is seen as a consultant within his profession and a trusted confidant and advisor among his friends. He wrote this book to share the core principles that he’s learned in his lifetime that have helped him find success and joy at every step along the way.
